The meeting was called to order by Terri Vincent, at 10:00 a.m. Greetings were given
to all present.

The minutes from the August 9, 2003 meeting were reviewed and accepted by Pat Brown.
Improvements

The committee discussed improvements needed at River Tree such as the slab for the
pavilion by the bathroom areas. Different bids were reviewed.

There was a discussion about holding off on major improvements at River Tree until
February. Ex. Placing a slab on the rocks by the pavilion by the bathroom area. At the February meeting
the committee can decide on a bid.

Terrie Vincent suggested that we should not get a loan for the improvements; the association
should pay for the improvements.

The committee suggested more research as to what is cheaper in taking care of the needs.

Resignation
|
Pat Brown stated that Jackie Thomas is working on the gate card project.
Members have 1 more month to send in the requested information or cards will be terminated.

There was discussion about needing a power of attorney to handle Rick’s resignation.
|
Other Business
|
There was discussion about the cleaning lady providing her services once a week during
the winter and twice a week during the summer. The committee stated that we could have more discussion
on this matter at the February meeting.

|
Construction Workers: The committee would like the home owners who are having
work done, to notify the workers that the pavilion area is off limits to them, the pavilion is strictly for
River Tree home owners.
