The meeting was called to order by Steve Sijansky, at 10:05 a.m. Greetings were given to all present, and
homeowners introduced themselves.

Minutes from last meeting (5-29-04) were reviewed.
Discussion on the vice president vacancy.
The board approved Dan Graf as the new Vice President. Dan Graf accepted
Expense report 6/01/04 thru 8/01/04 was reviewed –July, 2004 assessment fees/ 5 owners past due. Please
send in your assessment fees on time.
Third Amendment/ and River Tree options on rental property still needs 6 signatures.
Improvement Discussion

Possibility of placing pallets of grass at Lombardy Park since the caliche washes away with floods. Discussion
to check with residents who have lived on the Frio and ask them what they would recommend

Steve mentioned that we could use the dirt from the trailer pit at Lombardy Park for the pallets of grass.

Discussion on placing identification flag IDs on ATVs. The board is still researching
prices for purchase of the Flag IDs.

There has been a delay programming the gate cards. Twelve to fifteen people are
waiting on cards.

The board agreed to have a website for River Tree developed by an outside technician.
The current website has limited options.

Camera facing the front gate is still functioning and recording.

Pendelton motioned to adjourn the meeing and Pat Brown seconded the motion.
No other business was discussed and the meeting was adjourned at 11:15 a.m.
