Income and Expense Report, November 1, 2004 through January
31, 2005
 |
Pat Brown reported that we have $7,500 in our checking
account and $1,500 in our savings account.
|
 |
The water bill at the pavilion was higher than it has
been in the past, $160.00. Board members are investigating the high bill. The septic tanks and
toilets will be checked. Homeowners, when using the toilets, be sure the water stops flowing after
the flush. If the water keeps running for a length of time, that could be one factor for the high water
bill.

Ralph Silva motioned to accept the income/expense report. Dan
Graf seconded the motion.
