Special Called Executive Board Meeting
September 3, 2005
Officers Present:
• Steve Sijansky, President
• Dan Graf, Vice President
• Pat Brown, Treasurer
• Ralph Silva, Secretary
Steve called the meeting to order at 10:00 a.m.
The board met to discuss the rules and regulations that were recommended by the ATV committee
in dealing with off road vehicles.
Another item was to discuss the vice president vacancy.
The following was discussed at the executive board meeting:
Steve will be in contact with an attorney who will design a release form for homeowners who
own ATV’s, Golf Carts, Go Carts, Gators, or any gas powered vehicle. The release form protects RiverTree
and homeowners from any liability.
Current RiverTree rules (which deals with the off road vehicles), will remain in place until
the release form is created and approved by an attorney.
Anyone can ride at this point, until the release form is put in place. Once the release
form has been approved, homeowners must sign the form, and register their off road vehicles. Details on
where to register your off-road vehicle, who to submit your release form to, will be announced at a later time.
If any violations occur with the off road vehicles, a warning will be issued. If a second
violation occurs, then a $200.00 fine will be issued to the homeowner(s).
The discussion of Vice President Position:
Steve motioned to assign Larry Goldman as Interim Vice President effective immediately. The
executive officers present seconded the motion.
No further business was discussed; the meeting was adjourned at 11:00 p.m.
Sincerely,
Ralph Silva
Secretary
